Thank you, you really are a good teacher. You explain things very simply, give examples and demonstrations of applications. I really enjoy and appreciate your lessons.

I agree these are 3 pretty devastating techniques. However, I wish you had gone over the cons of each attack as well as the pros. They are all pretty easy to spot. (1) With the finger jab, the best targets to hit are very small. Under the pressure of real, actual combat, it is VERY tricky to hit such small targets. If you go for the eye and the opponent moves their head, then your finger jab hits their cheek and breaks. (2) I sparred with a guy who, after he blocked the first punch in my chain, was able to block every other punch. I've managed to pull this off myself. If someone is just firing blindly down the line, then it is no challenge to figure out what they are doing and deal with it. (3) You definitely want to keep kicks low, as taking either foot off the ground immediately reduces balance and mobility. Also, you excluded one more potential target: the shin. That is my personal favorite, even more so than the knee, because hardly anyone conditions their shins these days. Also, since it is a lower target (by that I mean further from their eyes), most people won't see it coming.

hi and thank you for super video .. i like to practice, but am now 56 years old. have doubted whether this is something to be taken care of when you are up in the years. I do not expect to go out and fight with anyone, more to be able to defend myself, one should come out for something. You explain so you easily understand the intention, thank you for good training.

Another thing I have noticed, is that in the side kick, the arm that is on the same side as the kicking leg, tends to target where the kick lands. (Kick tends to land slightly under where arm points) this is useful for balance, as you can easily determine how to shift your weight with that arms acting as a fulcrum.

even for the trained. Its a risky move. A fist or palm strike towards the throat is way more efficient

Please try this technique against somebody who is actually moving and trying to hit you with a real punch, your friend was moving towards you slowly and hardly tried to attack. Also consider the size of the eyes, even if you hit accurately, only 1-2 of your fingers will make contact with the eye and the other fingers will be hitting hard bone.
