Thank you for your tutorial. Something I noticed: @4:18 CTRL - T doesn't work for me to parent. I have to use CTRL - P EDIT - I'm learning Blender after using C4D for 10 years - shift dragging to parent in the object hierarchy works really well for me

Duckyducky greetings from cuba, can you teach us about compositor? It can be in several videos as a course. Your channel is ground gold, it teaches to perfection, thank you for that because from Cuba we don't have a way to pay online and something of such great quality.

For the corner rotation thing, if you want to get down in the weeds and do it procedurally (with geo nodes), Default Cube has a fairly in-depth video on it, too. It's probably not for beginners. 😂

Heyyy Ducky! Mind-blowing video (as always haha) I've been watching your vids since I began using Blender two years ago. I've since been able to do some freelance work and I've even been invited to interviews, but I never get the job because I don't have a formal education. So, can you give us some career tips if ya can?

Huh. My lines are flat, even I copied your GM node set. Also, when I animate, they just disappear. You didn't add any keyframes, tho..... 🤷🏼♂

Using empty:s to rotate on corners is needlessly complicated. Use sinusoidal easing on movement instead, it's much easier.
@TheDucky3D

@@TheDucky3D Sorry, spoke too soon. I animated a plane, which moves in 0 to 180 degree cycles. A cube moves in 45 to 135 degree cycles, so sinusoidal easing isn't going to work. However: 1. It's fairly easy to wing it using bezier curves. 2. I'm surprised you didn't use geo nodes which should be the easiest solution. The problem for me was that using empty's was just too limiting.
