This is to train muscle memory. In a real fight he wont have to think about what the combo was. He will just do it and focus on more important things like not getting hit hit the face

@@Sakattack2023 tf are you talking about 🤨, he’s demonstrating combos from strikes to clinch for people to learn and he’s doings them at a suitable pace instead of just smashing the pads with pure speed

It looks slow because you're looking from the outside. Watch any pro fight, the pacing is the same. Maybe he's a bit more relaxed. But this is by no means slow. I know you don't train at all just by this comment.
