Not gonna lie; I don't know why I had never thought about adding espresso shots to my protein shakes.
LOW-CAL PROTEIN COFFEE ICE CREAM RECIPE
What You'll Need Equipment
-Ninja Creamie
-Coffee Protein Powder
Ingredients
- 8 oz/240 mL almond milk
- 8 oz/240 mL milk
- 1 Scoop of Coffee Protein Powder
- 8g Jello Powder
- 5g Artificial Sweetener
- Dash of Salt
Mix it up, freeze it overnight, then run it through the Ninja Creamie - go twice and add a little milk on the second run for a frothier ice cream.
