That is tough… in my opinion, every company usually makes something good and then they start getting cheaper and thus their products start to suck. Right now, my top brands are Eliteforce Glocks, Wolverine for their MTW’s, and probably CYMA for their Platinum AEG’s.

As a gun guy, those reasons won't convince gun guys. What you should say are these: 1. It's a much safer form of dry fire and weapons manipulation training. 2. You can practice force on force training for much cheaper than using simunitions, with far less danger, and no risk of murder charges, the only cost being the effective range. 3. It's a great way to field test your kit without risking some of the most expensive items you own and you can do it almost anywhere and not get arrested for brandishing a firearm.
@Xenom0rphed
10 ай бұрын
Don't agree with 2 of those points. It is completely safe to dry fire your gun and practice manipulation, simply make sure it's unloaded beforehand. Second, what is the point of buying all that expensive gear if you're not going to train with it. Train with your real gear, not some cheap ripoff.
@randomstuff508

@Xenom0rphed it's safe, yeah, never 100%. People can be negligent because people make mistakes. Also, you don't really need to bring the most expensive things to an airsoft meet. Save the expensive stuff for your own LARPing. Force on Force will destroy your stuff.

@@Mackenzie002 i mean can you genuinely say you could take a person, and never let them shoot a gun their entire life. then you expect them to accurately hit targets because they shot airsoft alot. here’s the important factors it will never get better in. 1. a gun has recoil hot materials and noise that can disorient especially if done inside with no ear pro. 2. bullet trajectory and airsoft are laughably different. 3. airsoft trains bad habits that could cost a person their life, admittedly this is the hardest one to avoid. because even some self defense classes that genuinely worked almost cost someone their life. simply because your mind acts how you do when you train. imagine you actually get into a scenario of class range combat, come around a corner to see the shooter first but die because you said “bang your dead.”

What adjustments I need to make between my IPSC belt and then using that with a chest rig or plate carrier. Also the really oddball stuffike, whether my water and cooking systems actually work for multiple uses over a 3 day period, how easy the fire lighting setup is, how I cope with whatever food options I have packed, how well the way I setup my sustainment pack works when wearing my first and second line for extended periods. #1 you can actually apply your training and gear. I worked at a gun store and it took me FOREVER to convince my friends to come along. Now they’re all hooked.

I’ve trained under nods with a KWA M4 kitted out just like my real one. Def cheaper and I still get muscle memory training

Hell yeah as a gun nut I can strongly agree, it is way more cheaper and way more fun. Not only that but it can help with reload, jam practice, and the quick draw training. Only negative is the significantly weaker recoil, but it is to have fun with buddies.
