First off, thank you for showing ones without slides! I have said it before, I am good with no sink in the bathroom. I'd much rather have that room for other things, especially in these small trailers. I liked the last one. The flip up bunk, the oven, and all of the storage around the main bed are great. I never use a tv, so I would make that area storage. Im glad the surround is there to easily make shelves in 👍 Thank you for the video!😊

Yup.. last one is so much more functional than the other 2... that gooseneck sink thing is a bit odd looking.. but I like the flexibility of it.. lets you reach water to all sorts of places while showering too :) They are all about $10K too expensive... but no one is paying retail anyway so I'm sure pricing isn't as bad as it appears!

All great points Pesto! I like the Keystone the best too! Sometimes it's the little things like a flexible shower wand...but the sink is a great alternative for those that need a sink. I imagine the actual sales price is much lower. These days supply is bigger than demand. Thank you as always!

Nice review and video! These are the floorplans that we were looking for when we were shopping. Although I know you are not able to include all similar campers in your list, one that I think tops them all (and not just because we own one) is the Rockwood Geo Pro 19BH/Flagstaff E-Pro 19BH (we own this one). They are essentially the same rigs with different decals. The build quality on these units is top notch and you get more features (inverter, for example). They are pricier but worth it (we bought used and after almost 16,000 miles in a year, have had zero major issues). Worth a look!

@@RVBlogger You're welcome! We have been very pleased with our E-Pro. The BH (Bunk House) version is probably less popular because, in my opinion, most RV purchasers are probably empty nesters and don't need bunks (and the bunks in a rig like the E-Pro are not huge, but perfect for our 8 & 10 year old). It was also was one of the units that we could tow (we have a 2022 Toyota Sienna Hybrid). Certainly not the ideal tow vehicle but it is what we had and it works for us. Safe travels!

Thanks Susan and Mike for your great reviews. I'm not a beginner nor do I have multiple kids so even as a two person crew I wouldn't buy any of these. I would not want to imagine 5 people in any of these. The no sink in the bathroom? How dirty are people getting going in there plus there happens to be a shower head or tub right next to you, and it's not like the kitchen sink is more than 3 steps away. The first one is out of wack. If you put a TV up then you are limited in how far you can open the little tiny hanging closet. 5 people in each of these? That would mean a lot of clothes with no where to put them. Seriously, just my opinion, the people who write the specs on these things don't go camping in them. Anyway, I always watch your reviews and you both do a great job.
@RVBlogger

Hi Tuvia! I gotta say you're not wrong. These campers could only be used for weekends as a family, with limited food and clothing. The advantage to these campers are that they are lightweight, small and without slides so they are a viable option for people that don't want to buy a larger tow vehicle. They don't have the comforts larger RVs or one's without bunks will have. Thanks Tuvia!

Hello ! Thank you for your reviews so informative!!! Would you be able to make a review for pre owns ( best bang for your buck ) for young families staring to get into rv camping.
@RVBlogger
5 ай бұрын
While that sounds like a great idea, there are too many factors that would determine the value of a used RV. Factors like years of use, care and maintenance from previous owner and normal wear and tear would determine value. I'm not sure we could objectively be able to create this content without having the RVs inspected. We highly encourage shopping the used RV market. However, we definitely recommend getting it inspected by a third party. We purchased a used motorhome that was in excellent condition, but found out the hard way that the water pump was busted from not being winterized by previous owner. Had we gotten it inspected we would have learned that. Now there are some brands that hold their value like Airstream and many fiberglass campers like Casita, Scamp, Escape...to name a few. Mostly because they have less issues with leaking due to the exterior construction. Hope this has been some help to you. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!

We have a similar rig, without a bathroom sink, and it has not been a problem. We just wash our hands using the bathtub faucet! @@leonardh8269 We have a 2019 Flagstaff E-Pro 19BH and love it. In my opinion, for the money, you get so much more and higher quality. We only paid $15,000 for our rig which we purchased back in November 2022. We looked at the Colemans but after looking at the E-Pro/Geo-Pro, you could tell the difference (even my wife who is not as involved as I am, could tell the difference). I would not buy ANY new rig now. The quality on lots of rigs are just not up to par, particularly anything built during Covid. Finally, whatever you do, GET AN INSPECTION, even if new!

RV dealerships and shows drastically reduce prices on RVs these days. Supply just might be higher than demand now. I am seriously considering getting the keystone outback. What was your impression of the build quality? I want to add extra solar, a wood stove and a composting toilet. I read that it’s a metal frame with mostly fiberglass. Is that the case? Do you think it’ll need a roof of stuff early on? I am considering buying it for 4 season full time use and I’m willing to put in work to make sure it can do it. Thank you for the review!

These are all great questions but the best thing to do is talk to people who own them and see how they like them. We have never owned a Keystone and our reviews are basic to help people see what they might like and then they can begin researching if the RV will meet their needs. Here are a bunch of links to Facebook Groups for people who own Keystone Outbacks. Join some and see what people say who have owned them for a while: facebook.com/groups/search/groups_home/?q=keystone%20outback Hope this helps! Mike
