Yo Brandon I wanted to thank you for putting out these videos. Applying your tips, especially planing out the whole day on the calendar improved my productivity greatly. I went from somedays studying under one Hour to atleast studying 6h+ a day. Greetings from Germany

Stopping smoking weed made the world of a difference for me. After that it was easier to be disciplined to a mind/body/spirit routine.

@@XsoTrippy-Mobile brodie I used to ask ppl the same questions all the time and I’m going to give you the realest answer. Every single decision you make is an investment of SOMETHING (Time, energy, money, peace of mind, sleep) WHATEVER. You will pay for every single thing you do in 1 way or another, good or bad. Whatever you “spend” on… make sure it brings back a positive return on either your 1.Time (family, relations) 2.Finances (Investing, Business, Work) 3.Health(Food, Gym) 4.Peace of Mind (Prayer/Church, Reading, Meditation) Starting to be disciplined and having a routine is hard at first but once you start seeing the return of your efforts? You will never go back to that bum ass activity and you’ll outgrow everyone around you. Almost half of all multi millionaires and billionaires have a military background FYI so shows you how important discipline is. -From someone who’s been smoking 12 years and stopped and is kicking life’s ass.

@@XsoTrippy-Mobile tips to stop weed specifically is to eat 1 meal a day for a like week. When you’re starving, you dgaf about sex and fleshly addictions. So it speeds up the discipline process and sweat it out during that time so your body doesn’t have traces of it to cling on to and crave it. Also gotta stop hanging around ppl who smoke, stay busy. Best of luck to you🫡

I read Relentless as well, and for me the big takeaway is that MJ and those guys DID NOT feel the need to enjoy the work. Instead, they placed such a high value on the end result (championships) that they did the work even though it sucked. But Brandon around 4:30 talks about re-wiring his brain to enjoy work. Which feels contradictory. Anyone with any thoughts? Thanks!

Or u could marry a rich guy who chests behind your back. I don't think I've met a faithful man hence why most averages end in divorce. Better off single. Lol

Fall in line you want a HVM then you better abide by his standards if not find someone you don’t like to manipulate because you won’t do it to the high value man that can replace you’re ass
