This is a 12-inch 3-tier buttercream wedding cake.
Bottom tier cake size is 12x14x3. It's made of moist chocolate cake. I just colored it brown using chocolate brown powder food color.
Second tier cake size is 8x4.5 inches. It's made if vanilla chiffon.
Top tier cake size is 5x4.5 inches. It's made of lemon chiffon.
All tiers are filled with pastry cream, and iced in Swiss meringue buttercream.
