1 Tip: Drive the Ranger outside and let the plow blade get cold. Therefore snow doesn't stick to it and makes it much easier to plow and the shop floor won't be as wet once done.

Part of what makes the shop floor wet is snow packed in the tire wells and under the machine that melts. It’s hard to clean it all outside.

To prevent those trip spring eye bolts on the Ranger snow plow blade from coming loose again, try double nutting them once you've got them adjusted where you want them. Or switch to using a Nyloc lock nut that won't vibrate loose.

Looks like what I'd had to do here from all the lake effect snow we got the last few weeks here in West Michigan! But it's warmer this week - snow is melting and light rain falling now! The Ranger looks like it did a good job; I use a 44" snowblower to move all our snow around! 😊😊

Batteries sit just fine on concrete floors. Concrete is a cool constant temp in a heated building, perfect for batteries. 2 Battery maintainers will keep 8 batteries charged and de-sulfated all winter. That way you don't have to keep hooking and un hooking chargers all winter.

To organize cans of spray paint, lubricants, cleaners, etc., I use small Rubbermaid brand tubs which have an open top, label the tubs with the category of the items inside and stick it on the shelf. If I need a can of spray paint for instance, I just pull the Rubbermaid tub that is labeled "Spray Paint" down from the shelf and look through it until I find the color I am looking for. Easy peasy! BTW, I dig your Levrack rack and cabinet system, that is pretty slick! Looks like it would be good for an area when you don't have a lot of room...

Storing spray paint cans in a container also prevents paint from getting all over everything in the barn, should one of them burst. I knew a module truck driver once who had a can of module marking paint explode in the cab of his truck, and another can exploded in a case of paint inside the gin office 😂 apparently that was a bad batch of paint cans.

To organize your WD-40 ,your paint, your what have you, I make organizers that would hang above your work bench. When needed it keeps you from walking to that cabinet to try and find what you have. This way they're ready and available and in site. They come in red ,grey, or John Deere green. They hold six cans and five squirt bottles.
