I went from an active stand up job for YEARS to a sit down job (occasional standing). I couldn’t bear my hip flexors the first 3 months. They bothered me soooo much, I had to keep standing up and lightly punch them to get some relief. It went away slowly. Now, I have all sorts of leg problems from tight calves, flexors, hamstrings, and I.T AND weaker quads, abductors, and glutes that I have to actively address with stretching and strengthening. Yes, sitting is slowly ki lling you. 💀

I have severe osteoarthritis and ain't no way i can do any of those without screaming. Lol. I walk at least 1 hour every morning and then suffer the rest of the day. Arthritis every where is excruciating.

What of pain in say left hip, when going from sitting to standing. Specifically when my hips are level with knees,but hips lower then it's not there,been going on for months now. It's like my SI joint isn't moving proper on thet side
