Do you ever feel your elbow popping when you do push-ups

I actually had this for a while. What i did was some forearm/elbow mobility work with lacrosse ball (i can make a video about this in the future). The other thing I did was actually continue to train the pushups, but I would only go into the range where it felt comfortable and would stop wherever the pain was. Another option is to go really slowly and just before you feel any pain hold the position as an isometric, this will help build strength in the problematic area! Hope this helps you out 👍

@@hamzajaved2773 thank you! What also helped me was correcting my form and I feel some of the pain gone. But I will definitely try out your recommendations thank you again!
