One of the regular services that is very easy to overlook on the Yamaha TW200 is changing/ bleeding the front brake. I certainly waited a little too long to change my brake fluid but better late than never. Here are 3 different ways you can flush the front brake on a Yamaha TW200. This video is only useful if you have a 2001 or newer TW200 since the older ones had a cable driven front drum brake.

Tips:
- Remember brake fluid can damage paint but it is neutralized by water. I like to pour some water over the caliper and reservoir after everything is all sealed up. Just make extra sure not to get any water in with your brake fluid. If you do be sure to flush it again a few times over.
- Good idea to lay down some towels over the painted surfaces in case you spill any brake fluid, which is easy to do (I wish I would have shown this in the video) check this video out for a neat idea: • How To Bleed Your Moto...
TW200 hydraulic front brake service interval:
- Inspect brake hose every 3,000 miles or 6 months
- Replace brake fluid every 2 years
- Replace brake hose every 4 years
