Today Larry, Stephen and I are showing you 3 ways to make a PB&J mead! Between the three of us, we used a bunch of different methods to make our brews. We also had the chance to taste test one another and it was a ton of fun! I hope you enjoy this video and thanks for watching!

Larry's Recipe:
Primary:
3 lbs of Peanuts Boiled in Water
3 lbs of Blueberries
3 lbs of Honey
Water to 1.75 Gallons
3 Grams of K1-V1116 Yeast
Secondary:
280 Grams of Honey
8 Grams of Salt
.5 grams of Citric acid
12 oz of Grape Concentrate
Note: Peanuts were boiled in just enough water to cover for about 30 minutes then transferred to a pressure cooker for 2 hours (because I got impatient). Liquid was then frozen and fat was removed from the top. Starting Gravity was 1.130
My Recipe:
192 oz of Grape Juice
1.5 Gallons of Water
2 Pounds of Honey
3 Pounds of Maris Otter Malt
5 Grams of Lalvin EC-1118 (BM 4x4 would be better)
1 tsp of Fermaid O
-- Stabilized --
14 oz of Grape Juice Concentrate
14 Graham Crackers
9 tbs of Peanut Butter Powder
8 oz of Honey to Backsweeten
