I’m a guitarist, not a drummer! But having an electric set allowed me (back in my Garageband days) to get human-sounding MIDI notes into my track. So I got a Roland V-Drum kit with a TD-11 head, and started quick-recording into a USB.
When it comes to non-EDM genres, it’s better to record an acoustic set than an electric set. But if you have access to an electric set (for whatever reason-share yours with us?), this is how you can record it to sound 🎶awesome!🎶 in your songs.

Roland drums are actually great. The TD-11 module is a powerful computer that you can use to record your kit directly into a computer! I show you how to quick-record onto a USB and then transfer the MIDI file into your DAW, or if you don’t want to worry about MIDI, how to record an audio file through the mono-out with an instrument cable into an interface.
There’s also a computer port and a MIDI out jack. But. Idk how to get those to work in Logic. cries
