Awesome video. We need to get this solved so future generations won’t suffer. I’m currently going through a really hard time. Mine is so bad that I can’t work. I’ve had so many different symptoms. I think that stress may be what caused it. I recently started antidepressants and doing stretches. Thank you for your videos.

I'm coming up to a year now. Not fully cured but 90% better. As far as the docs can surmise, I had a UTI that didn't show up in tests, the infection then got into the prostate and inflamed it. Took a long time to clear up and then I had pelvic floor issues as a result of trauma to the region. Took Cipro, anti inflammatory meds and lots of pain killers in the early stages and phsio for the pelvic floor issues. Drink lots and lots of water, mind your bowel function, do not get constipated. I took Bee pollen, prostate supplements, anti histamines and probiotics. No idea if any of them helped but I'm a lot better. I still have urgency when i need to pee and pain in the pelvic crease but its all very manageable. This shit does improve guys. It feels like hell at the time and healing takes a lot of time but hang in there.

Got it for the second time, but had these things bits and pieces growing up. Beyond stressed currently. I think the first time it came on after a back injury. The first test showed high white blood counts, but no bacteria that is a sign of inflammation. Hydrate avoid spicy foods, caffeine , citric and limit or quit alcohol. Cerniton and azo standard helps, also green tea in general. Do the stretches shown, and walk as often as possible stay away from a bike. I was normal and now this, put on some weight that I need to lose. Was a fitness trainer for year, definetly think years of heavy lifting contributed to this. Diet is a big part of this as well.

Good luck this shit blows, was sitting next to a women I know very attractive, she gave me a kiss on the way out. I never had the pelvic pain, I definitely had/have frequent urination issues along with mild constipation. Tolterodine, and Uribel prescription, with intermittent fasting keep mine under control. Instead of peeing every twenty minutes; I probably pee 6 times a day and I completely empty. I drink one big cup of caffeinated coffee every day, and maybe ONE coke zero once a week; the rest of the time its flavored water. Hope this helps.

Hey! I really need help. I was diagnosed with GERD and been having zapping sensations in my testicles for like 7 months now. Did you ever get like zapping sensations in your testicles? I asked on Reddit and one person said it sounds like CPPS. I’ve been just stretching, meditating, yoga but sometimes still get these zaps down there and it’s uncomfortable. My pcp told me if it gets worse to let her know to refer me to a urologist. They tested my urine for any bacteria and it was clear. She thinks it’s either a nerve problem or bladder spasms. Hope to hear from you soon! Thank you!

I was getting better with 3 months of stretching. And I made a mistake of getting PEMF Therapy and made everything worst. Now I'm starting all over but with crazy pain , urinating a lot, perineum pain, abdominal pain. I'm very depressed with anxiety right now. All the stretching hurts again. It took the 5th urologist to tell me that I had prostatitis. The other urologist made me get a varicocele embolization, a vasectomy reversal and still had the same pain. I was only walking around with an achy testicle that was starting to feel less every couple of weeks. But I screwed everything up. My advice is to NEVER get ⚠️PEMF THERAPY⚠️. It will tighten up your pelvic floor muscles again and cause even more pain. It's been a longer process to recover. I was always diagnosed with epididymitis... even when I told the urologists that I was constipated, urinating alot, hip pain, butt pain, inner leg pain. Took over a year to diagnose me with prostatitis. As soon as I started researching prostatitis, I came across this information. I've learned about pelvic floor stretching. And starting to do them everyday 2× a day. 3 months later feeling better and I made the wrong decision. If something is working keep it that way DON'T CHANGE IT! I'm getting a urine culture today, since I've never had one, Only urine analysis. And I never got a sperm culture either. I'm so angry at the medical system for not letting me know about Pelvic floor Physical therapy. The last uro was the one that told me, but I had already self diagnosed my self before my Doc confirmed it. I was 3 months ahead of him. Now I'm back to square one 😢. Thank you for keeping me positive in this hard moment of my life. God bless 🙏. I'll keep an update. I'll start my KZitem updates. Everyone going through this let's follow each other to learn different ways to make things better. I promise to follow back and respond to any questions. 🙏💯
