TODAYS WORKOUT
In today's workout we are going to be smashing a 30 min arms workout. With half the workout dedicated to the biceps and the other half the triceps
If you have a selection of dumbbell at your disposal then great. Ideally a heavy , moderate and light set
But just use what you have got, as even with light weights. This will work and start to burn real fast
So grab your dumbbells , a drink and 30 minutes of your time and enjoy this killer pump
