I have been doing your workouts and cannot tell you how much I love your channel. I am over 50 and need to add strength training into my workouts. I find you so easy to follow and the workouts fly by so fast. I appreciate you adding in the modified versions for those of us with bad knees. Makes it good for any level. Thank. you for all you do (especially for us older ladies!)

Yes I agree - I’m well over 72 & also appreciate the low impact modifications & yes Mikala is very good -I’m just about to start week 2 of the winter challenge and really enjoying it, using 2kg weights & booty band (& sometimes add 0.5kg ankle weights) when used. Well done everyone keep it up 💪😊

I LOVE these 1/2 hour strength and cardio HIIT with warm up and cool downs. They give me an all in one great workout within 1/2 hour. More of these please Mikala. THANKS!!!

I love the modifications you gave for the workout. My knees ache sometimes (like today) so any help with completing the workout is much appreciated. And it's good that the exercises are not repeated... it makes me look forward to what the next move is!
