Holy Painful release!! I have never used my roller correctly. I found ‘knots’ that I didn’t know existed. I had to totally put my trust in you, Chris, to believe that you know what you are doing and believe that the pain would go away!! The pain disappears!!Thank you for this. Amazing! ❤️

Ive not done one of these before and my roller is a little bit on the short and stubby side... nevertheless it worked for most of the exercises and there was a particular moment on my hips when suddenly everything released as if by magic....wow. Im going to get a better shaped roller and try more of these. Thank you for bringing us these classes....amazing.

Thanks for this! I got a roller awhile ago and never could really figure it out. This was super helpful and effective. The one place I wish we can do next time is maybe a calf release?? Sometimes all of the stepping has my calves feeling TIGHT! Thanks again!

Thanks Chris ! Must say I needed this ! I fell off the left side of my horse abruptly onto my left side 10 days ago and my right lower back has been a hot mess and very uncomfortable. I knew I needed a stretch before bed last night and saw this pop up so did it. I waited to this morning to post but I felt good last night after it and still do this morning. While I’m in recovery mode I’ll be doing this on repeat !!

This was great! Thanks Chris. I was not using my foam roller correctly either. Holding it in one spot with smaller movements to release the tension really made a difference. I'm going to check out your other foam roller videos too. You're FANTASTIC!

Wow! I LOVED this. 😍 I was recently in my sisters wedding, and we just got photos back. I always thought I had good posture until we got the photos back. Holy moly. I have been consciously trying to work on posture. I bought a 36" foam roller because laying on it is supposed to be good for correcting posture. This class was just what I wanted. Hit all my sticky spots, and I honestly WANT to do this one again tomorrow. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!

Omg, this had me cursing and biting a pillow throughout to get thru it( not done that for a while 😂) but it was working. Quads felt insane. I think I’m gonna have to reintroduce for my clients, cos I certainly need it too. Have you ever tried the shakti mat and pillow? Works a bit like acupuncture but initially makes you 🤬🤬🤬🤬. The last move I’d recommend if you get a lot of stress headaches as you’re working the tense muscles going up the neck and under the skull. The pressure points along that line at the base of the skull can get very tender and need releasing. Many thanks for this.
