In this 30 min Full Body POWER HIIT workout | Bodyweight + Dumbbell & Core | No Repeat we will have 10 bundles of 4x exercises in total, 3x bodyweight bundles, 3x dumbbell bundles, 3x core bundles and a final bundle which is a mixture of all kinds of exercises. We will be performing each exercise for 35 seconds with 15 seconds rest in between.
