Hi Vigor, i‘m doing your workouts for quite a while now and i really love them ❤ many thanks🙏 nice combos, at least for me they‘re slight new. Maybe one thing to improve: if you show an exercise, you already start counting. Till i get rhe exercise i have tonrun after your count 😅 hopefully you get my point 😂 have a nice day 🙋♂️

@@vigorrule The guy is right. Show the excercise first and then have 4-5 seconds for people to get ready and then start counting. Otherwise very well.

Your advice is appreciated ... what do you consider the best exercise to get rid of belly fat , are most of your workouts good for that ?

yes my workouts can help you, - but keep in mind one of the most important think - you should eat less calories but spend more this way you will create the calorie deficit - and slowly you will start losing belly fat, don't do only cardio, 3-4 cardio workouts a week, and 2 -3 strength workouts.
