Wow, did this one HIT those inners and ABS!! I did this one this morning before work and, WOW Michelle, I felt muscles I have not felt in a LONG time!!! Again, your slow, controlled movements and perfect cuing is the key to making this the fabulous session that it is. It is 3 hours since I did this gem and I am feeling my abs in a big way!! Told 2 of my coworker ladies what I did this morning and both looked you up and both hit subscribe. Giving you thumbs up and a shout out here in Oregon!!!
