V-ups and Reverse plank knee in are my favorite among all.. and that slow leg raise & lower in last killed me.. as you promised mam, this was an intense workout my abs are on fire.. thank you so much mam for this beautiful apartment friendly workout

Found you from Pinterest, love being able to do these workouts on my lunch break. Especially love the bodyweight exercises. Don't have dumbbells at home yet, but I do have kettlebells to modify into those to try soon.

that was great! Def going to feel it in the am...if not later today :) I bought a top like yours on Amazon, but am not confident in its ability to keep the girls on lockdown. You look lovely! I like the oblique side lifts the best, because i need to get rid of my muffin top!

I have plenty of those hun! But it’s important to work on ALL muscles in our body, not just select ones, hope you’re training your whole body 💪

@@VeraLaRo I train the whole body, but priority for me is strong back coz it gives me more tone, other parts of muscles I do but not often

I hope you’re still working on other muscles at least 1x per week. It’s much more than just aesthetics. You can’t have a strong back without strong shoulders or a strong core. And you can’t have strong glutes without strong quads & hamstrings. And you certainly wouldn’t want to neglect chest exercises as those are crucial for posture, breathing, and balance. Isolating only specific muscles to work on is something I would never recommend to anyone - it doesn’t lead to good results.
