Anna LOVED THIS! Killer cardio and sweat galore! Huge fan of putting these into the rotation-30 minutes doesn’t mean it is easy!! Doing your amazing exercises without stopping makes for the BEST workouts! Always love your motivation and music too💜

Hi Anna!! I absolutely love all of your workouts. I literally do them everyday. I usually do 2 of your 30 min HIIT and I love how hardcore they are!! I was wondering if you could make more 60 minute HIIT? The two you have I do all the time and would love more!!! I am such a huge fan and I really appreciate how real you are. I'm not lying when I say that there were drops of sweat on my EYELASHES during this workout 🥵 OMG, this was an AMAZING cardio! Enjoyed it from minute 1 to the last move! Thank you Anna! You've truly prepared us for this level of workout and of course you've made us stronger! 🤜🏻🔥🤛🏻

Super. This one was absolutely super...in every way. I immediately finished this and wanted a longer version because it's THAT good. My word, what a workout. THIS ONE is one of my favourite Anna workouts! The music is SO good troughout, and it keeps med going even when I start thinking of pausing. I got trough it all today without stopping, and I can’t comprehend how far I’ve come. Thank you so much Anna.

Tough but great workout. I started following you a couple of months ago and I was struggling with Asthma after Covid and I am really grateful for your workouts . I am not using asthma medication anymore. I was struggling to keep up to your workouts but I persisted and today I do them without struggling with my breathing. Keep up the good work dear. I am one of those that you have assisted. I don’t have asthma anymore 🥰

Hi Guys! Im going to update you everyday until I see results. DAY 1:DID THE WHOLE THING! IT WAS REALLY GREAT AND I FELT VERY EMPOWERED. MY KNEES GOT SORE BUT DONT GIVE UP! HAVE A POSITIVE MINDSET AND TELL YOURSELF, YOU CAN DO THIS!!!! (very sweaty) DAY:2 DID THE WHOLE THING. LEGS WERE SORE FROM YESTERDAY (BUT ALSO HAD 7 HOURS OF SOFTBALL TDY) WASN'T AS MOTIVATED AS YESTERDAY BUT BY SEEINF THE Scale and that I WAS ALMOST TO THE END MADE ME FEEL BETTER. DEFINATLY GOT RESULTS FROM YESTERDAY. THANK YOU ANNA LOVE YOU SO MUCH ANSD YOU REALLY INSPIRE ME! DAY:3 DID THE WHOLE THING. FELT A LOT MORE MOTIVATED THAN DAY 2 AND FELT GOOD AND PROUD AND HAPPY. DIDNT GET ANY DIFFERNT RESULTS FROM DAY 2. EVERYONE CAN DO IT YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE GOOD MENTALITY! DAY: 4 DID THE FIRST 5 MINS MIGHT DO IT LATER AGIAN.
