as someone who struggles a lot with body image, which makes trying to be more healthy and fit really mentally/emotionally exhausting, i really appreciate that your videos aren’t focused on achieving a certain body type but rather on the movements and how the exercises will make you feel. i love the variety and it’s amazing that you’re able to achieve a level of effectiveness that doesn’t feel punishing or exhausting! thank you so much 💕

I appreciate that she does that too, to keep things accessible. The irony is that, I love working out, but every time I watch one of these videos, I find myself cursing under my breath at least three times *because it feels punishing and exhausting to me!* Which is probably just a sign that I should practice until it becomes easier.

I completely agree--as someone prone to orthorexia and grew up in a place where having an ED was the norm, these videos are an incredible tool to focus on strength and feeling good with ZERO relationships or parallels to achieving a certain body type. I rarely even have to reference the video to see the moves, the verbal cues are so good!

I don't have time for morning exercise, with two little kids and a full time job from 7 am. So I do your morning or no-morning pilates when I put my kids to sleep, and that means 9 pm. This was so difficult for me to do! I started with your beginner pilates workout and thought I could do this. I did, but it was so hard! I am grateful for the challenge though and I love how your videos make me feel during and after! I also love how your videos make me feel comfortable enough to challenge myself. I had no motivation to workout today, but still pushed myself. I am sweating buckets!

This was my first attempt at a moderate class after starting on the beginner playlist and I found it such a jump, quite dispiriting… I thought it would be a good one to start with as it was billed for morning 😅 Did you find any of the moderate classes relatively easy for someone just moving up?

@@pixamixify I just moved to moderate! The one I struggled with the most was the pushup while having the leg up! I can't seem to maintain proper balance with that. Hopefully it gets easier over time!

Same here. Finished the beginner series and then attempted this one. It was definitely challenging. I had to take a lot of breaks. I will repeat this one a few times before moving on. I struggled with this one, but we will all get there one day. Hang in there everyone!

I’m always hungry for new classes from you 💙 Your classes along with another youtuber’s HIIT workouts have helped me not only lose my baby weight from my 2nd baby, but have also dropped me lower than my starting weight! I have a small room and my hands and feet are hitting the bed and cabinet during class. I say it adds more flexibility to my body as I avoid the corners of the furniture during leg raises and other wide leg/arm movements. Great exercise Nicole!

Bonjour Nicole , je suis vos cours depuis plus d1 an et je me sens beaucoup mieux, mon corps est plus souple, tonique, musclé.Le cours d' aujourd hui est vraiment super!! Merci encore pour tous vos cours , ils sont tous vraiment extras!!

You Nicole have changed me and my body.. I see the small tightenings going on on my body.. from the w/o to the stretches it's always a boost .. without you in my mornings the day isn't the same!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! 💕🤲💕

This was amazing! My butt/legs and thighs burned and my abs were on fire during the ab exercises. My back and my arms were also super engaged and burning - thank you for this amazing full-body Pilates workout. I feel AMAZING and so accomplished now
