Thank you for this amazing morning flow. It was the perfect amount of everything to relax my mind and body this morning. I especially liked that you start off with releasing shoulder tension right away to help the rest of the practice go smoothly. After working 11 hour days all week, this was an amazing transition into my weekend. I'm super grateful for what you do. Love and light..

Thanks Charlie for this fantastic flow i did at the end my day on my rest day i really felt relaxed and peaceful few challenging poses really love these morning work out u are so much a motivation and inspiration to get to the next level this type of work out really open the whole body that why I love yoga it help mentally and physically keep up the great work i really glad I found your page u have really changed my life see you next work out and u have a wonderful evening see you

Hi Charlie - I think your videos are great and they are always a great mix. I do know these are more advanced than others on KZitem which I really like but I do think offering some modifications for some of the more challenging moves would be helpful (like e sequence from wild thing into side plank). Also recommending props for certain moves like pigeon where a lot of people think they are doing it right but actually roll off their hip (when they could just use a block). Thanks v much!
