That workout was so good and SO HARD! At first I was like, “Yay, an upper body body weight workout!” And then halfway through I WAS DYING! I absolutely loved it and saved it to come back to again!!

Also, interspersing the time exercising each day, as you organized in the plan, some days more, other days just 30min, but effective, has helped a lot too!

What a great arm workout without weights. I needed something without weights. I still can't do diamond push ups or frog stands. But hopefully I'll get there. I was able to do finisher without stopping 💪

I surprised myself since not having trained upper body in around 2 weeks. Although still need improvements in some of the plank work but thanks Anna you pushed me out of my comfort zone this morning

I looooove upper body and normally I prefer working out with weights, but it's always good to put the dumbells aside and challenge the muscles with different exercises. And this workout is full with great exercises to work your whole upper body and core. I still sweat a lot. This workout will be on my top list. Thank you, Anna, for always creating something new to Team Grow /me grow. 🙏😘

I love your forms so much. Usually when a woman does pushups, it's mostly the modified version with knees touching the ground. But you look so strong and your core is tight. Keep it up bruh🔥

Not my favorite as my upper body is so weak but I focus on the change. Commandos are now easy on my knees and I’m on my toes. The whole exercise:)
