Love this!! I just want to share a bit of my story...I hope that's ok. I am 59 and I have fought off hereditary high cholesterol my whole life. I may have come to a stage in my life where I have lost that fight. But before starting any meds, my doctor sent me to get a calcium score heart scan to see if I have any calcium build up in my arteries. My score came back ZERO!! WOO-HOO!! I contribute this great news to a lifestyle of cardio fitness....that Michelle greatly helps me maintain 😘 The scan was only $99 self pay. I recommend everyone get one. Thanks Michelle!!!

After 13 days I thought I’d come to read the comments, wondering if this is considered a beginner series by others. I’m 60, pretty fit but brand new ( well 13 days new) to rebounding and found myself falling behind, wondering if my Stamina JumpSport 120 was too bouncy or something preventing me to stay on beat specifically with heals and kicks. Reading comments I’m happy to see others mentioning they felt it may be more intermediate. Holy sweat fest! On to day 14 then probably back to day one.
