I need to add more of these type of workouts to my monthly rotation. They have a dread factor because they’re more difficult than traditional strength training for me. I love using the mini ball. It really helps with form and also gives you a nice burn in the right places 😀. Thank you for offering such a variety of classes!

Woah, this was deceiving! Don't think you're getting a break by not using weights. This was a nice change, and boy, did my legs burn! Especially when we changed from one side to the other in the last half! Loved this, thank you.

This was so simple yet effective. I'd love more of this. The Pilates ring worked for the first segment but not the floor work. Did that part with no equipment and I was still wishing the timers weren't 60 seconds.

This was great! I love to use the ball! I did workouts like these during and after pregnancy and they were great. They feel good. Also, an ad cut off the last minute of the video, I do these in the after party. I know the ones with licensed music will, but have never had that happen before. Just wanted to let you know in case KZitem was doing something it shouldn’t. Did not ruin my workout tho!!!

I felt like Goldilocks and the 3 balls! I started with my 10 lb weight ball because it was small, but it was hard and couldn’t get much squeezing in. Then I got my granddaughters ball which was much too soft and under inflated. The 3rd choice was the pillow or a 10lb weight for the last segment. My glutes and abductors were screaming! Thanks as always!

I got myself a Pilates ball so I could try this one. I don’t know if it’s my thick thighs or slippery leggings but I kept losing my ball! I ended up deflating it a little and that helped. Great workout and I love trying new things!

I didn’t have a ball either so I found another butt and thigh workout with bands and dumbbells. It nearly killed me but not quite and I did think for a moment you’d forgotten to change legs 😮 yes as Sharinslend said, old people rock 😊

Here you go Kendra! Levain Bakery Oatmeal Raisin Cookies This is a copycat recipe NOT the Original :) Ingredients 1 Cup COLD UnSalted Butter cut into slices 1 Cup + 2 Tablespoons light or dark Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup White Granulated Sugar 2 Eggs 2 Cups All Purpose Flour 1/2 Cup Cake Flour 1 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch 3/4 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Cassia Cinnamon (The good stuff, and I add more cause I like cinnamon but, I only added this amount to your recipe) 1 1/2 Cups Fresh Raisins (I like to soak mine in 1/4c warm water to plump them up, while making batter then drain and dabbed with paper towel to get excess water off) OPTIONAL 1 Cup Pecans or Walnuts Chopped INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat Convection oven to 385 degrees. If using a Conventional oven, set to 410 degrees. (My Convection oven self adjusts temps so I put in 410 and it automatically adjusts to the 385 degree mark). 2. In mixing bowl, cream together cold sliced butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. This should take around 4-6 mins and if using a Kitchen Aid mixer done on speed 4 using the flat beater. Add eggs one at time, mixing well after each addition. 3. In a separate bowl sift your cake flour, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. To this add your oats, drained raisins and stir then and this to your sugar and butter mixture. You will want to use a sturdy spoon or spatula to stir this mixture together until well combined. (You can also add in the chopped nuts at this time as well if desired.) 4. Chill covered dough for 15 mins in the fridge. 5. Separate the dough into large balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheets. (I weighed out each cookie so that they were 4.5oz each) Lightly press down on top of ball to flatten them so they don't dome. You should be able to get about 6 cookies per large cookie sheet. If you make 6oz cookies you will only be able to fit 3-4. This recipe will make anywhere from 8-12 LARGE cookies. 6. Bake for 11 mins or until golden brown on the top. Let them rest on the sheet for at least 10-15 minutes to set.

Just try. When Chris demonstrated a couple of the exercises in this video, I didn’t think i could do it, but I tried, and found I could do it because I tried! I love how Chris is always changing things up to work all our muscle groups and to challenge us. I appreciate all you do Chris! Edit to add: a small playground ball works just fine, not as soft as a pilates ball, but gets the job done.

I used a playground ball for this workout and it worked pretty well. A couple times during the donkey kick leg lifts it wanted to slide out 🤣. I really loved this workout because there was a couple moves in here that my physical therapist told me to do to strengthen my hips and my inner thighs to help support my knees, so thank you so much for adding in moves I should be doing more often😆.

So happy I found this particular lower body workout in the CDorner Fitness collection because I think it’s perfect for what my body needs today.
