I use yoga and chamomile tea enemas for stress and relaxation.

I love it! This is my 3rd time doing this yoga practice. I would only advice that you make your timing on each side more accurate. And a few more seconds in each stretch would be amazing! Thank you and I appreciate you 🙏🏾

Kya yoga jaruri hei ki subah hein karu sham ko kar sakte hai kya?

Thanks for asking , Haan, aap yoga kisi bhi samay kar sakte hain. Bas itna yaad rakhein ki khana khane ke baad 3-4 hours , snack ke baad 2 hours aur paani peene ke 15 minute baad yoga karna chahiye.
