hi can u add time mark in video..so that we know push up is at 10 minute etc

Hi Has there is a sequence lower,upper, Cardio n abs I Don't think you need a time mark. If you're beginner do it at your own pace just follow the sequence if advance n intermidiate stick to the reps n break mentioned... Thank you for the suggestion All the best

Cardio and full body fat burn excercise which is better sir for excess fat in ties , while doing either of this we can do surya namaskara, if we do either of both excercise how many days ina week
