30 Minutes to Fitness "Super Sculpt" includes 2, very different workouts that will sculpt and define your body from-head-to-toe.
Workout One includes super sculpting drills and step aerobics. The sculpting drills are designed to sculpt lean muscle mass and start the fat burning process while keeping it low impact and the step aerobics is designed in a low to medium impact style to tone your lower body and to amp up the calorie burning process.
