I study food science and I was looking for a topic for my project, had some ideas over the past few weeks but I wasn't quite satisfied with those and then I watched this masterpiece and I have something that I would love to work on, so, thank you so much Rohan and Krish Ashok Sir. Also, part credits to you if it gets published 😉

What a great and profoundly intellectual conversation about the thing I love the most - Food ❤️ It was an eye opener with regards to organic food, oils, proper usage of ingredients, juices and so on 💯

I also read somewhere that rice eating cultures are more math and science oriented because both rice growing and learning cannot afford seasonal breaks in the year.

Loved the podcast. I'm definitely going to get a copy of this book. Extremely informed, both the speakers. I have discovered the channel only recently. Would it still be possible to get an answer to my question? I recently developed an aggressive shellfish allergy. I have eaten it through out my life and is my favorite type of food. It just breaks my heart... I know it's a long shot but my question is: Is there anything that could be substituted for, say the taste of prawn or crab? 😞

@Rohan The Apple Pie Quote is misattributed to Adams instead of Sagan, otherwise loved the session for the most part. :) My way of cooking has a lot in common with what Krish suggests. Thanks Krish for writing this book, will grab a copy, am sure there is a lot to learn there.

It's irritating when a meeting host keeps butting in when the interviewee is making an interesting point..shows bad listening skills..also when u turn ur face away from the screen everytime when someone is answering it's pretty disrespectful..even If it's to check for live questions coming in..

The content is very informative and both of you are brilliant people. Just one suggestion Rohan - I felt you interrupted Krish a lot of times when he was talking. I get that you were really excited about stuff but the interruptions may have broken his flow, so it would be great to be cognizant of that moving forward. Other than that, great stuff. Really enjoyed it!

This was out n out amazing! I am a sucker for good food and the science behind it is amusing. Thank you so much for doing this. And, just to clarify - Namaku soru dhaan mukiyam not necessarily means only rice although the literal meaning of soru is rice. It also means food is of quintessential importance to me/us. And, Krish the endnote was just mindblowing. How you tied rice cooking families to be matriarchal in nature. You guys should do this often. Looking forward!
