Just found your channel, been looking for arranging tutorials specifically for so long, this is great stuff!!! Would absolutely love if you could do something related to 70s jazz-funk/orchestral disco breaking down the harmonic structures/interplay between sections. I am passionate about writing music in these genres and it is so hard sometimes to find tailored advice. Again, really great content, keep it coming!

Hi Adi. On this video at the 2:36 point you put a graph of chords on the screen. What plug-in or software is that graph from ?

Hi, I used Finale and just hid the staves under the chord symbols.

@@AdiYeshaya Adi, Can you make a video on how you hid the staves under the chord symbols in Finale ?? Many of us would buy Finale if we knew how to do that.

@@ExclusiveLM it’s a good idea. I may do something like that but until then: highlight the region using the staff tool and type H.

can you tell me why real recorded horns, these days, sound like synth horns vs back in the days of E,W&F| AWB and the jazz stuff that came before?
@AdiYeshaya

In my opinion, when multiple parts are recorded by the same player and each part is isolated, the sound tents to be a bit sterile. Still, I thought it would be nice to hear real players as opposed to sampled sounds.

@@AdiYeshaya oh, I didn’t mean in your videos, I meant in the records I’ve heard in the last 5-10years. Not all, but some that have real players. Maybe it’s the recording process? Because the sound is true when you go see a marching band for example

fantastic video. very well done and inspiring. to Ab/Gb to Cm7/F i could add diff bass notes for the Ab/Gb chord like Ab/A or Ab/E or even Ab/B or Ab/G and that would be all poss. bass notes then. other than that, i couldnt think of more. excellent job adi !
