As I know Japan ,China ,and South Korea are best known for their savory and delicious food. And these three nations have the best cook in Asia and the whole world so to speak.
Soo hello!! Texas gal here, the food looks amazing! But it looks more like a twist of meatloaf, or smothered patty.. Looks really good! Like that asian bbq sauce ya made!! ❤❤❤

The Japanese HAMBĀGU ハンバーグ is derived from the original Germany Hamburg, which predates American-style Hamburgers. The German dish contains ground meat combined with breadcrumbs, and sometimes onions. During the late 19th Century, that dish was introduced to Japan by European merchants, where it was further developed into a Japanese version. The Japanese HAMBĀGU and American Hamburger are two different branches that descended from the original dish.

It really looks more like a ground beef and not a hamburger and special when you look at the rest it get served with. But I think it looks good and something i would like to try. I would like to have a bit more comments from the staff and talk about the groceries and working hours and such. Do people work there part time or full employee's. Thanks to this youtube video i will save this restaurant for a place to visit if I will be able to visit Japan and this area. Japan is a place i really wanna visit but damn it's expensive to go there. Can stay in Thailand/China for a month for the same price in Japan for about a week to 2.
