I usually snack at 1-1:30am. I usually do chips or Ramen or sometimes popcorn. If we eat at like 7:30-8pm like on Wednesday nights cause my mom works late, I’ll skip my snack that night. If we eat at 6-6:30, I end up eating something early in the morning

I can imagine how exhausted he was for working hard but surely happy and the chicken looks amazing👍
Wow! I love chicken and this chicken and other specialtys look delicious and that crunch on that chicken wing was amazing! You sir are a chicken master! 🐔 👍👍
It is like a dance. He knows each step & how to move for the best results. His dedication and love is visible in his work. What a beautiful gift to share with others. I would come out early to watch the magic. I know the chicken would be fantastic. Wish I could experience this in person. Sending good wishing & blessings all the way from Minnesota.💐

Wow. This looks delicious. Is it made with salt and flour, or with rice or corn flour?
Wonder how he gets the chicken so crispy he didnt use a batter .Is it corn starch.🤔 The charcoal fish looked Delicious. Thanks for sharing Wazairo..👍😋

I would assume so, using corn starch in batter for fried foods is very common in Asia.

@@cpthammer Which Asia? Corn starch is barely used in Japan. We usually use potato starch (katakuri-ko) sometimes mixed with wheat flour or rice flour for karaage.
