Perfect targeted and relatively brief workout. Good stretches at end. I do like it when you throw in a few cardio riffs amidst the super sets -- but that's not the point of these 30-minute classes. (I'm doing the May lineup, and missing a metcom this week! I may just add one in!) Heather, can't tell you how much I look forward to these workouts each day. A bright blip of an accomplishment even on the rainiest of days.

Modify! You can try doing incline pushups - use a chair or a bench to bring you upper body up from the floor, it makes it a little easier. You can even do them agains a wall at first. Or do them on your knees. You can also modify the pace and do "negatives"- go as slowly as possible on your way down, release completely at the bottom and then repeat from the top. There are lots of ways to modify and eventually you will build the strength to do regular push ups. Best of luck!🤗
