The Don Cezar. Love that hotel. My grandparents had a winter place down here about a 5 minute walk north from this house. Me and my sister walked down to that hotel almost everyday to play at the beach when we were on spring break from school and we flew down from Chicago to visit our grandparents for a week. They had this great old timey ice cream parlor inside the hotel and they made the best chocolate shakes. The big pink hotel. It's so famous. I'm sure it's a landmark status building. Of course my grandparents place was nothing like the one shown here. This place is huge and awesome. Their place was a very tiny duplex and they converted the one car garage to a small guest quarters, but they didn't need or want anything bigger than that, and they also owned 2 other homes. I haven't been back here since 1988. I need to get back. Of course they have both passed away now, 17 years and 32 years ago respectively, and one of my mom's siblings inherited the house after my grandma died in 2007, but my my mom's sibling died 5 years later and I think her husband sold it several years after that, so who knows who owns it now, but I have alot of great memories of hanging out at the beach in front of the Don Cezar.
