In this 35 Min COMPLEX SETS Full Body DUMBBELL workout | AMRAP Follow Along
, we'll be tackling a total of 10 complex sets. Each complex set is 3 minutes long, and the goal is to perform as many rounds as possible with proper form. The first 5 complex sets contain 2 movements each for 10 repetitions each, and the last 5 complexes contain 3 movements, with the first 4 sets at 8 repetitions each and the last complex at 5 repetitions each. Try to use a challenging weight to adjust the intensity of the workout.
These are the dumbbells that I am using:
2x 18KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
2x 10KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
2x 05KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
Before starting the workout, make sure to properly warm up by following this video:
