I explain how to focus a 35mm SLR using the 2 most common focus screens. I also offer suggestions on practicing to improve your focusing. There is one big mistake in this video and I am grateful to one of my subscribers, Benjamin for pointing it out. At 10:06 in the video I say if the subject leans forward you lean forward to keep the subject in focus. That is wrong, if the subject leans forward you lean back to keep them at the same distance from the camera and if the subject leans back you lean forward. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. That's a mistake I never should have made.
