Tbh it really just comes down to if you know what you doin. I know some people who “wolf” but have no brush work. Then they look at me they say I just got good hair. I wolf once a year for a long time. (5-10 weeks longer if I want) and then back to every 2 weeks after that. But i primarily focus on product use and brush work. So all y’all gotta figure out whats good for your hair if you having a lot of problems

I can't lie. I went 8 weeks without a hair cut and man it got my waves super deep and I'm a coarse hair waver. My barber said I need to be getting it cut like every 3 weeks though so I might not let it grow out like that again. My hair grows pretty fast too.

@@JustinTimeJLew That's the biggest thing i've learned really. People can recommend products and techniques but YOU gotta figure out what works for YOU and your hair. Everybody's hair responds differently to certain things. I just tell people now to find the stuff that's healthy and works for YOUR hair and stick with it. Also learned that you gotta pay attention to how your hair responds and reacts to stuff because you can easily do more harm than good. Keep spinning bro!

This was a really helpful video man. Really put things into perspective for me. I currently have 360 waves but I Wanted to know more about changing your pattern in a way for you to create that swirl in your crown. Along with that should I fully cut my hair to change? Or should I just start switching up without taking a full cut. Also what made you wanna change your pattern?

Can you talk about how you may have to cut your hair at different lengths using different guards for waves. Basically because my hair comes at different density, length and thickness! I feel like if I cut my hair on my right side I cut my waves out using a 1 grd open and on the left my waves be poppin'. The back and top of my hair is the thickest, so no real issues their!
