With all due respect why does Terrence Shannon have to live with this his entire life? It’s OVER Terrence did nothing wrong. He was found not guilty. I watched the trial and went over everything. This girl Lied . She thought she was going to get some money out of it and didn’t. It’s hard to prove yourself innocent against a lie . I hope Terrence sues this girl and her family. As a black man this is just another case where the White police and White prosecutors in Lawrence, Kansas was trying to put a black man that didn’t do anything wrong in jail . White girl said the black man did something Racist white cops in Lawrence,Kansas did a half ass investigation just believing her lies. As a black man the whole case is scary and should be a lesson to black people across America. Even this attorney still trying to acting like Terrence should apologize for something…

I don’t think that is what he meant. Sadly, the news of the allegations seems to draw bigger coverage than news of the not guilty verdict. Some won’t forget the allegations and will ignore the verdict - and that isn’t fair to TSJ. Even though his name was cleared, he faced horrible slurs from opposing fans, had his character questioned and somehow found a way to deal with that in an incredibly calm & professional manner. Any NBA team should pay attention to the character and discipline TSJ displayed during this ordeal.

Bc our system finds people guilty first. Accusers have their identities protected, but courts blast the names of an accused in the papers.

Will the University compensate Mr. Shannon for his basketball suspension? They should.

I've known of Mitch Gilfillan since his freshman year in high school.. I want him on my side if I ever need a lawyer, as I wanted him on my team when he was a (very good) point guard in Peoria 20+ years ago 😏
