This is a 38 minute all levels, yin-inspired class originally designed for rowers (and requested by my friend, Steve!), but the stretches are great total body stretch for everyone. We target legs, back, shoulders, core, forearms, and more. This class is led by Helen Cloots and filmed at Waipuilani Park in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii.
