Join me for a few Peaceful Moments walking around Trier Amphitheatre in Germany.
There are so many amazing places to visit in Trier and one of them is the incredibly well preserved amphitheatre which is well worth a visit. Entrance is a very reasonable €8 and as I was there early in the morning there was hardly a soul there.
Some information from the internet: "The Trier Amphitheater is a Roman amphitheater located in Trier, Germany. It is one of the largest and most well-preserved Roman amphitheaters in the world, with a seating capacity of approximately 20,000 spectators. The amphitheater was built during the 2nd century AD, during the rule of Antoninus Pius. It was used for gladiatorial contests, animal hunts, and public executions. The structure was built into the side of a hill, which provided natural seating for the spectators."
Trier is so worth a visit and the amphitheatre was a real highlight.
This was filmed in April 2024.
