How does the lower tray of a 3D sublimation vacuum heat press work?
From Brildor (www.brildor.com), we show you how to sublimate several mugs at once in a 3D vacuum press.
The 3D sublimation press allows you to personalize non-flat objects through sublimation printing, achieving three-dimensional printing on their surface.
The lower tray works as a hot air oven (without vacuum pressure) and up to 12 mugs can be sublimated at the same time, using specific wraps to fix the sublimation paper against the surface.
First, print your design with a sublimation printer (using sublimation paper and inks).
Hold the paper's printed side against the mug and fix it with heat resistant tape. Now apply pressure by placing a wrap around each mug.
You must prepare the press by removing the upper tray and disconnecting the vacuum tube.
The press has a digital temperature and time control panel, which allows you to easily set the parameters according to the items you are going to personalize.
Use protective gloves to handle the press and to remove the mugs at the end of the process.
At Brildor, we specialize in the personalization area. Visit our online store to find all the items we used in this video:
