These steps can be switched around when it makes things easier. Check the description for examples! For comparison, CFOP would need almost 30 moves to get to F2L-1. Remember that you can use NISS after any step to potentially find better cases!

J perm : FMC is luck based Also J perm : ( Gets a Lucky FMC single and make rest of his tutorials on FMC. ) GREAT VIDEO BTW
@krzysztof_jablonski
5 жыл бұрын
His luck was well deserved though IMHO. I often get lucky scrambles with easy cross in regular 3x3x3 and just regularly fail to properly transition to F2L and hang up for like 3 seconds or even fail to solve the cross properly. I think I am not pro enough, while J-perm often is.
@lelouchlamperouge5910
4 жыл бұрын
FMC being luck based is stupid, most beginner can't even do the cross in 7 moves, and if it is luck base why are the best so consistent ( avg like 24, 25), yeah doing a record need luck like in any category, and that don't mean that it is luck base.

Dude, I'm a new cuber and I keep getting stuck on the last layer, trying to get all the corners and edges to line up. Literally the last step of the solve. I have looked at every video, every algorithm and I can't seem to understand why I keep getting stuck. It's like my cube never lines up with the algorithm I need to do so I basically just keep going in circles never getting a solve (most of the time). There has to be something I'm missing. Is there any way I can get a cube to the last step of solve and then video chat with you so you can see what I'm doing wrong? I'm not joking, I'd literally paypal you some money for what will (probably) take just minutes. Let me know man, thank you.
@JPerm
5 жыл бұрын
your cube might be incorrectly assembled. try taking it apart and reassembling it as solved, then it will be able to match what others are showing you.
@johnd9357
5 жыл бұрын
J Perm don’t think that’s it, it’s a brand new cube. I have solved it, when i get lucky and the top layer looks like something familiar to the tutorial videos. I’m just simply missing something on the top layer. I get stuck in these algorithm loops. I scrambled my cube after writing this comment and solved it to the top layer in a few minutes, and now again I’m stuck on the top layer. I get one side totally solved and then i can never get the rest of the corner or edge pieces to go where they need to. That’s why I asked if there was a way for you to put eyes on the cube. You’d probably be able to tell instantly what I’m missing. I understand if you don’t want to, just had to ask. Offer stands though, I’ll PayPal you 25 bucks. I’m that frustrated. Haha
@johnd9357
5 жыл бұрын
Please take a look at this video to see what I’m talking about. It’s only a few seconds long. The green edge and corner needs to move right, the red edge and corner need to move left. Without disturbing the orange and blue. How is this possible? Each time I try to move them into the correct spot it messes up the blue and orange. I’m going in circles. I HAVE to be missing some step. Thank you! kzitem.info/news/bejne/tIqjzZ2ejneXbGk
