Hey everyone! Today I woke up at 2:30- didn't roll out of bed until 4:30 though lol. I tried to utilize the extra hours that my body didn't use to sleep to be productive - go to the gym, hit a leg day, and get started on work early. this definetly wont become a "routine" per say but it was a nice little change
