Just did this one with my 15 year old son. He couldn’t believe how quickly it went by…such a great short practice for my sometimes reluctant teen boys. Definitely going to keep this as a favorite as it was so relaxing.

This is my favourite practice. It's so short and pleasant. Recently got back to doing it after a year and I loved it. Now doing it 2-3 times a day. Such a bliss when I let myself fully sink into the feeling of it. Love from Poland! PS. The setup is epic beautiful.
