So here is my issue. I have had MS for 12 years. The only thing that helps it is carnivore. Plants paralyzed me worse than anything else. RED meat was the only thing that got me on my feet and back in shape and my health was eating strictly carnivore meat diet. So there's that.

Have you also looked into ALA, alpha lipoic acid? I believe it is also present in green leafy veg and in high doses has been shown to dramatically reduce brain volume loss / atrophy in several research papers with MS. It acts as an antioxidant somewhat like Tecfidera I believe but perhaps a different mechanism.

For people who have any kind of egg sensitivity (like myself), whites are usually the culprit. If you want to start adding it back in, start with the yolk, not the whites. Also, I'm surprised you listed beef, but not sugar. Sugar feeds inflammation big time and should be eliminated. Beef on the other hand, has many important properties that are good for your health. Only if you have an obvious beef sensitivity or allergy should you cut it out. Legumes and night shades are also a big problem for some.

Even before my diagnoses, my body started to revolt. I could not even think about eating some of the foods I had been w out becoming physically ill and if I’d force myself, I’d pay extra. So I just stopped fighting and walked away from all the foods I loved. I eat the same things every. single. day. And Omgoodness I’m finally able to get out of bed…even sat outside and painted my nails - fingers and toes! First time in YEARS. Thanks for this video…maybe I can add some variety now. Tho I’m so dang picky… 🤞 Here’s hoping 😃 Edit I haven’t drank milk or eaten ice cream cheese etc for over a year, prolly longer for milk ice cream. Cheese is a lil harder to do w out. I don’t miss it at all. I eat free roam eggs & super duper thinly sliced bacon and one slice of whole wheat honey toast just to help stay full. I rarely eat lunch though I’ll snack. The only snack I can handle are chocolate covered raisins. I eat a container (from sams club) every week or so. And for dinner, the only meal I can handle is stuffed cabbage, asparagus and mashed potatoes…. Awww man, I thought I was doing good w asparagus 😩 dang it. I’ll chek into the medicine.

are these good sources of protease: Papaya: Papaya contains an enzyme called papain, which is a type of protease. It is often used as a meat tenderizer and is also present in some digestive enzyme supplements. Pineapple: Pineapple contains bromelain, a mixture of proteolytic enzymes, which can help in the digestion of proteins. Bromelain is available in supplement form as well. Kiwi: Kiwi fruit contains an enzyme called actinidin, which has proteolytic properties and can aid in protein digestion. Mango: Mango contains enzymes like amylases and proteases, which can contribute to the digestion of carbohydrates and proteins. Ginger: Ginger contains the protease zingibain, which may assist in protein digestion. It is commonly used in cooking and can be consumed fresh or in powdered form. Honey: Raw honey may contain small amounts of protease enzymes, contributing to its potential digestive benefits. Fermented Foods: Some fermented foods, such as miso, tempeh, and sauerkraut, contain natural enzymes, including proteases, which can aid in digestion. Yogurt: Certain types of yogurt contain live cultures of beneficial bacteria, including some with protease activity, which can assist in breaking down proteins.

If this is, I am going for some specific testing here soon I’ve been on like a 3 1/2 year journey just trying to find out what’s going on with me. Running every test you can think and everything‘s coming back normal for the most part, honestly, the only relief that I have found from my symptoms and has given me back a quality type of life is strict carnivore. I know everyone’s body is going to be different but for me personally I am on strict animal-based diet. I’m not doing dairy. I have a little bit of raw cheese that is made from unpasteurized milk here and there I seem to do just fine, I mostly do beef chicken cooked fish no sushi. I do a lot of eggs. I am having avocados some pickles, some sour Kraut, olives, etc. it’s animal based but just a few months ago my body couldn’t even tolerate these extra things. All I could tolerate was meat, so this obviously shows I’m making progressbecause a few months ago, it would send me to the hospital. Now I’m slowly incorporating more diverse foods and just experimenting but overall doing much better going carnivore animal based. It sounds crazy, but going carnivore literally saved my life. I’m not on any medication’s.

Avoid beef all together or just protein powder and milk I don’t understand that part

Avoid beef, avoid egg, avoid gluten and avoid most forms of dairy. Whey isolate is not as problematic so you can try protein powders with that or use protein powders that are not dairy based.

@@rosieposie9564 so I tried that didn’t help this last month I read an article about a study being done for high fat diets to help with people with stroke, multiple sclerosis or other neurological disorders. I’ve started that eating a lot of beef egg and other high fat foods, and it seems to help a whole lot so much that I am taking less medication.

No study about beef meat and ms

Actually there are. And lots more studies connecting meat with cancer, as well as juni foods, fast foods, sugar, lifestyle, etc. anything inflammatory can trigger an exacerbation of MS, some of it is individual to you, some of it is general. So even if you don't have an autoimmune disease, you should consider going vegetarian or vegan. For many reasons, not just your own health status.

Gluten/dairy/soy/sugar/GMO/heated oils/food with a label may hurt all MS people. Gluten is in wheat/barley/rye...oats/corn/rice. Rice is low in gluten. Wild rice has no gluten....is a grass.

subscribed. Great video. I'm gluttonous, so I won't behave myself perfectly, but I'll do some of it. I've never been dx'ed with MS but I may ask my doc to look into it as I have some of the symptoms.

Fawsiya: Humans originally had an intolerance for mammal milk (including breast milk) past the age of 2 or 3. It took a genetic mutation for some people to tolerate dairy. So your intolerance is actually our original, normal genetic program. People who tolerate (or at least think they do) mammal milks, are "mutants!" LOL! I like oat milk in my coffee, and I use it for baking, too.

Because I have tried to consume it again and it causes pain and inflammation in my back and neck. When I don't consume it, it doesn't happen to me.@@cali.x0672

I can't name a single food, that would be associated with my MS, as there is no clear connection, besides: 1) I have not had new MS crisis for over past 3 years (since late 2019), on contrary - there supposedly is a remyelinisation process taking place at least in some damaged areas of my spinal cord, yet I'm getting worse? Why? Because past damage was so large, it seems some almost isolated parts of my nerves are still dying off, despite no new MS inflammations. 2) it is really hard to tell what food does and what is just consequences of damaged spinal cord (constipation and inability to tell if you need to go to WC or not is a well known problem for people with damaged spine, and when you need to go to toilet, your muscles just might not work properly, as nothing from my neck down does, including my ass) and IBS (irritable bowel disease - again, inability to tell if you really need to go to WC or those are just gases), which I also got, lucky me.
