Some people take a cork screw bottled wine opener and pierce and screw into those three circles to get the liquid out. 🙂

@@KindofCooking i hadn't found your channel yet but hey now you know for the future right? makes milking the coconut easier, pound a hole through 2 of the 3 'eyes' on the hard inner husk and bam! fresh coconut milk/water.

We are currently using a Zwilling which we got at a factory sale, but we usually buy them at restaurant supply stores. They are inexpensive and stay really sharp.
