But the effects are generally mild and more relevant to those who consume large amounts of soy. Yes, there are several alternatives to peanuts and peanut butter that you might enjoy: Almond Butter: Made from almonds, it's a popular alternative with a similar texture and taste. Cashew Butter: Creamy and slightly sweet, it's a great substitute. Sunflower Seed Butter: Made from sunflower seeds, it's a good option for those with nut allergies. Tahini: A paste made from ground sesame seeds, often used in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. Hope that helps!

Why can't the medical industry all get on the same page?

It's frustrating, isn't it? The medical industry often has differing opinions due to the complexity of human health, varying interpretations of research, and individual patient needs. But thanks for watching!

I have been told soy is bad
@medicalmarvelsmedia3

@@gracefulindeed6091 I understand your concern about soy. The health effects of soy can vary based on individual circumstances and the form in which it is consumed. Soy contains phytoestrogens, which can mimic estrogen in the body, but most research suggests that moderate consumption of whole soy foods like tofu, tempeh, and edamame is generally safe and can be part of a healthy diet. Thanks for watching!

Ty Felix for bringing this to our attention, soy, however, is known for elevating estrogen, which can be problematic.

Read Dr. Li's book; soy does not elevate estrogen.

What about Marmite? Is it good or bad
@medicalmarvelsmedia3
3 ай бұрын
Marmite is rich in B vitamins, including B12, which can be beneficial for energy levels and overall health. It's also low in fat and sugar. However, it is high in sodium, so it's best to consume it in moderation, especially if you're watching your salt intake. :) Thanks for watching!

Yes, organic lactose-free semi-skimmed milk is generally a safe choice, especially if you're lactose intolerant. It provides the benefits of regular milk, such as protein, calcium, and essential vitamins, without the lactose that can cause digestive issues for some people. But always check with your doctor for health advice! Thanks for watching the video!
